Strictly no smoking permitted inside any of our halls or corridors. A designated outdoor area is available for guests who need it.
No alcohol is served or permitted on the premises — including BYO. This policy applies to every event, without exception.
For weekends and peak wedding season (Jun–Sep, Dec–Feb), we recommend reserving 6–12 months ahead. Weekday and off-peak dates are usually available within 8 weeks.
Enquiries are first-come, first-served and held for 7 days while we discuss with you. The date locks once a deposit is received.
Yes — viewings are by appointment, daily 10am–7pm. We'll show you the hall in its current setup and walk through what your day could look like.
Hall rental covers the space, table-and-chair setup, air-conditioning, standard lighting, and a dedicated day-of coordinator. Decorations, catering, entertainment, and specialty lighting are offered as separate services — our packages bundle these at a fixed price.

Yes, our in-house kitchen is halal-certified. Vegetarian, jain, and dietary-restricted menus are also available on request.
Hall A has 60 dedicated spaces. Hall B has 300+. Overflow lots within walking distance are available for larger events.
Yes — both halls have step-free access from the car park, wide corridors, and accessible restrooms. Please mention any specific accessibility needs when you enquire so we can prepare accordingly.
Our packages include in-house decoration and catering, which are usually the most cost-effective option. External vendors are permitted with a small co-ordination fee, subject to our halal kitchen policy.
Yes — Hindu priest service can be included in any wedding package. We also co-ordinate with kadhi for akad nikah ceremonies.
Hall B can be split into two sections of 500–600 pax each — useful for a separate akad and reception flow, or two concurrent smaller events.
Typically 30% to confirm the date, with the balance due 14 days before the event. Exact terms are written into your quote.
Yes — we can split the balance into 2–3 milestone payments. We also assist with personal loan introductions to partner banks if needed.
Quoted prices are exclusive of SST. The final invoice shows SST as a separate line item.
Cancellations more than 60 days before the event are refundable less an admin fee. Cancellations inside 60 days forfeit the deposit. In exceptional circumstances we work with clients case-by-case. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
